Gregory B. Bragg - CEO/Chairman
Greg began in 1972 with CNA Insurance as Claims Representative, then Architects and
Engineers E & O Claim Specialist, and in 1975 Liability and Property Supervisor. To
George HilIs Co. in 1976 as adjuster, promoted 1979 to Claims Manager,and 1982 to Regional
Claims Manager. Established Gregory B. Bragg & Associates, Inc. in 1986.
Greg has a B.S., Brigham Young University; Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Insurance
Institute of America; ARM Instructor; Registered Professional Adjuster (RPA) designation.
He is associated with the California Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, California
Association of Licensed Investigators, Risk Management Forum of Sacramento (former Chairman), Public
Agency Risk Management Association, Sacramento Claims Association (former President), Sacramento
Property Forum, and Valley Industrial Claims Association

Randall C. Smith – President
Randy started in 1987 with Price Waterhouse as a Management Consultant. He joined Arden
Hills Country Club in 1990 as Executive Director of Finance and Personnel. In 1991, he started
his claims management career as the MIS Manager of Claims Management, Inc. He was promoted to
Executive Vice-President in 1998 and President in 2000. Randy joined Gregory B.
Bragg & Associates (BRAGG) as President of the company in April of 2003.
Randy has a Masters' Degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Brigham Young
University; He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), has his Associates in Risk Management (ARM),
and is licensed as a life, and fire and casualty, agent with the California Department of Insurance.
He is associated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Public
Agency Risk Management Association (PARMA), and California Association of Joint Powers Authorities (CAJPA).

Lee W. Collins – Executive Vice President
Lee started in 1972 with Safeco Insurance as multi-line adjuster, and also served as Adjuster-in-Charge,
Casualty Supervisor, Workers Compensation Supervisor, and Area Claims Manager. He went to Equitable
General Insurance Co. as Litigation Supervisor in 1979, and then became Claims Manager for
Corroon & Black of San Francisco in 1980. He moved to George Hills Co. in 1982 as a supervisor,
and in 1986 became a vice-president and principal in Gregory B. Bragg & Associates, Inc.
Lee has a B.A. from Biola University; and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation .
He is a Past President (2003-2004) of the California Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters
(CAIIA),and also served 4 prior years on the CAIIA Board of Directors. He is also a member of the
Sacramento Claims Association, the California Association of Joint Powers Authorities, and the
Public Agency Risk Management Association.
