Client Access
Use of the Client Access applications constitutes full acceptance of the

The links below will take you to our protected client access area where you will be prompted for:
Login (The unique name provided to you by our company.)
Password (The password associated with your user name.)
To provide improved performance and stability we have upgraded our Valley Oak Systems server.
We have tried to make the transition as easy as possible, but you may need to change your firewall Citrix address setting
from 66.17.65.75 to 66.17.65.69. If you have any problems with the new server please contact us at
misbragg@yorkisg.com.
If the above links do not launch the Citrix client when you click on them you will need to download the Citrix ICA Client.
Download and usage of the Citrix clients are covered by Citrix license agreements.

Printing Problems: If you experience printing problems, follow these steps:
- Right-click this link, listprinters.vbs, and choose "Save Target As..." Save the listprinters.vbs
program somewhere that you can find it easily, such as on your desktop.
- Run the program by double-clicking on it. It will create a file named myprinters.txt.
- E-mail the file, myprinters.txt to misbragg@yorkisg.com and we will set it up so that you can print.
It make take one full business day for us to activate your printer.
